Long experience in corporate finance, M&A, risk management and control from as Stora Enso, Munksjö and Kinnevik, including Group Controller and CFO. Listed Stora Enso on NYSE and formation and financing of Bergvik Skog AB, Scandinavia’s largest forest company.

Worked 20 years in forestry including 6 years as COO of Norwegian State-owned Forests (Statskog SF) and CEO of Green Resources for two years. CEO of Namsos Trafikkselskap ASA for 12 years, an OSE-listed company, and recently worked in Norwegian banking with medium-sized companies.
